ICE Condo will be centrally located within two or three blocks of Toronto's Waterfront, Air Canada Centre, Union Station, the financial core, and Rogers Stadium.

Ice is being designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance who have become one of the most renowned and prolific architecture firm in the country. ice will be designed in a Scandinavian design theme and include an iconic green roof canopy element which will wrap around the entire York Centre and provide perhaps the largest green roof ever developed in the City of Toronto. The green roof, aside from its clear environmental benefits, will provide a magnificent green vista to the occupants of Ice.


Ice Condos will be a candidate for LEED certification and will use environmentally sensitive energy sources.


ICE CONDO is being developed by Lanterra Developments and Cadillac Fairview, who together also developed maple Leaf Square. Lanterra has developed numerous landmark condominium projects in the City of Toronto including One Bedford, Murano, Burano, WaterParkCity, and Toy Factory. Cadillac Fairview is one of the largest commercial developer in Canada and has participated in numerous significant residential projects.
